By purchasing or accessing products and services from The Diversion Center, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Products

Our digital products include PDFs, videos, audio recordings, online courses, certification programs, and other downloadable materials.

  • All digital products are delivered via Sky Pilot to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Purchases are limited to five (5) download attempts. Once that limit is reached, access will be restricted.

  • There is no expiration date for downloads unless otherwise stated.

  • Access to online courses may have a set timeframe; extensions can be requested if the course has not been completed.

Licensing & Use Rights:

  • Workbooks and PowerPoints may be rebranded, resold, or reused for client-facing purposes, unless otherwise noted.

  • You may not resell or sublicense these materials to other professionals, organizations, or businesses as your own intellectual property.

  • All other digital content is for your personal or internal professional use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold without written permission from The Diversion Center.

Physical Products

Physical workbooks are shipped within the United States only and typically arrive within 5–10 business days of order processing. These materials are not editable or rebrandable.

  • All sales of physical products are final.

  • We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or replacements.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Payments & Billing

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

  • Payment plans may be available for certain products at checkout.

  • By opting into a payment plan, you agree to all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access to your purchase.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on any digital or physical products under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Intellectual Property

All content sold or distributed by The Diversion Center is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or share any content, except where explicitly granted (e.g., rebrandable workbooks and PowerPoints).

  • Licensing rights do not extend to physical workbooks.

Course Access & Expiration

  • Access to digital courses may vary by product. If an expiration date applies, it will be noted at the time of purchase.

  • Requests for access extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for incomplete courses.

Limitation of Liability

The Diversion Center is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of our products or services. All content is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
